Schedule: Monday to Friday, with start times at either 6 AM or 7 AM (8-hour shift) Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional service to our Agents and Partner Offices. In this role, you will collaborate with our on-site technical and customer support staff to ensure outstanding client service and resolve open issues and inquiries. Our Agents and Partners rely on our Agent Relations team for information on their portfolios, merchant accounts, tickets, products, and solutions. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing answers and bridging knowledge gaps * Resolving issues and inquiries * Offering training and support * Proactively recommending ways to streamline operational efficiencies The ideal candidate understands that the success of our Agents and Partners is also our success. Working in a collaborative and highly motivated environment is crucial. Ultimately, you will be a trusted resource for our Agents and Partners, providing timely and accurate solutions to their support and merchant-portfolio-related concerns. Qualifications: * Must be bilingual (Spanish) * Customer service and payments-related experience (preferred) * Hands-on experience with industry-recognized hardware and services * Solid technical and payments processing experience with the ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience * Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook, Excel, etc. * Experience in handling heavy call flows and ticket volumes * Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently * Analytical skills for prioritizing tasks and making decisions * Experience in a fast-paced office environment * Initiative and innovative problem-solving techniques * Ability to collaborate with various departments throughout the organization * Strong time-management skills for planning, prioritizing, and coordinating daily tasks * Positive attitude, professional work ethic, quick learning ability, and excellent verbal communication skills * Team player #westpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
