*About the Role* Join our dynamic team, where you'll play a key role in designing innovative and functional spaces for clients. This position offers a blend of in-office collaboration and fieldwork, allowing you to engage directly with clients and bring their visions to life.
*Responsibilities* * Collaborate with clients to develop workspace designs that meet their functional needs and aesthetic preferences * Utilize design tools such as CET, AutoCAD, Revit, or Photoshop for project execution * Conduct site visits and assessments, ensuring seamless implementation of designs * Engage in customer-facing interactions, presenting design concepts and solutions *Desired Skills & Tools* Experience with any of the following design tools is welcomed (no single tool is required): * CET (preferred but not mandatory) * AutoCAD * Revit * Photoshop for rendering *Qualifications* * 2-3+ years of experience in a commercial design role * Familiarity with CET, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software * Strong communication and customer-facing skills *Work Environment & Travel* * In-office work and Fieldwork (primarily across Connecticut, with occasional travel to western Massachusetts or New York) * Mileage reimbursement provided for all field travel *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
