Position Status: Full Time Position Location: This role will be Supervising 7 locations and will primarily work at the Chesapeake or Norfolk office Standard Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Overview The Supervisor of Cardiovascular Services oversees the daily operations of the cardiovascular department, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves supervising a team of cardiovascular technologists, coordinating diagnostic and interventional procedures, and optimizing workflow efficiency. The Supervisor of Cardiovascular Services is responsible and accountable for the daily operations of one or more clinical areas. Supervises procedural area staff including coordinating quality and customer service activities; assisting in the development and monitoring of the departmental budget; coordinating the purchasing and payroll processes; serving as a technical/clinical resource to team members; and performing work assignments as needed to provide appropriate coverage and to mentor/assist staff. Serves as chief retention officer for areas of responsibility. Education
