We have an exciting opportunity for aMechanical Service Sales Representative located in Milwaukee, WI . How you will contribute: We are looking for a self-motivated individual who enjoys building customer relationships and focusing on business growth. Applicant must have strong interpersonal skills, be independent, resilient, and detail orientated. The primary role of this position is promoting and driving owner direct HVAC project work and HVAC service agreements. Employ persuasion and negotiation skills to introduce a customer to Ahern's portfolio of service and construction offerings. This position requires contact with existing and potential customers by scheduling calls and following up on leads and increasing sales. The candidate will be able to utilize internal resources to execute service and project work while growing the HVAC business in theMilwaukee, WIregion. Anticipating customers' needs and successfully advancing a sales strategy that meets client's expectations while continuing to develop and maintain positive, ongoing, customer relationships is required. What you need to qualify: The ideal candidateshould possess a minimum of three to five years of progressive field sales experience with preferably three years of selling HVAC related offerings, Energy Efficiencies, and/ or Building Automation System service or projects. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Candidate must be results driven, have excellent communication and customer service skills, proven leadership abilities, and strong planning and organizational skills.
