Commercial Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $26 - $30 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Commercial Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance to keep commercial properties operating efficiently. This includes minor plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains, as well as painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, and electrical maintenance like replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets. You'll use a tablet or smartphone to manage work orders and document completed tasks, while keeping open communication with both internal teams and clients to ensure top-tier service. You'll also provide estimates for larger repair projects and participate in regular safety training.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or trade certification (Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing preferred)
• 2-5 years of hands-on mechanical experience or equivalent training
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Applicable certifications or licenses as required by the state
• Ability to read instructions, write reports, and communicate effectively
• Comfortable using mobile devices and business software (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Local travel between properties is required
