DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:



  • Assists in the design and development of training or various types of learning resources and materials.
  • Organizes content, formats training materials, and ensures consistency with training delivery standards.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions.
  • May use e-learning authoring tools to create interactive training content, and manage the content within the
  • Learning Management System.
  • Conducts basic quality assurance reviews of training materials and provides feedback and recommendations to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • May deliver and/or facilitate training or train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Stays current on trends and technologies to improve training effectiveness.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:



  • One(1) to two (2) years of related training experience.
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools.
  • Understanding of adult learning concepts, practices and principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • AA/BA Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Background in adult training theory and techniques preferred.

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.
This position includes a base pay range of $28.12 - $44.95 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
