DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Assists in the design and development of training or various types of learning resources and materials. Organizes content, formats training materials, and ensures consistency with training delivery standards. Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions. May use e-learning authoring tools to create interactive training content, and manage the content within the Learning Management System. Conducts basic quality assurance reviews of training materials and provides feedback and recommendations to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. May deliver and/or facilitate training or train-the-trainer sessions. Stays current on trends and technologies to improve training effectiveness. SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS: One(1) to two (2) years of related training experience. Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools. Understanding of adult learning concepts, practices and principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. AA/BA Degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Background in adult training theory and techniques preferred. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time. This position includes a base pay range of $28.12 - $44.95 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
