STV is seeking aFederal Programs Executive Coordinator in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. This challenging position reports directly to the Director of Federal Programs and is responsible for broad requirements which requires a high level of written, verbal and graphic communication skills. The candidate must possess the ability to receive high level directives and work independently to create and administer organized process structures to achieve the group goals and communicate the goals and processes to individuals and other team/office leaders to build group consensus. This position requires long range agility adaptable to a rapidly changing federal landscape, critical thinking, strategy development, the ability to independently challenge group think, industry research, patience to build a long-term vision plan and vigilance in monitoring the plans progress and the ability to adapt the plan as the industry changes and STV grows. This position requires travel preparation for team members including travel booking, conference registrations, networking opportunity development, team events. Overnight travel is expected to be between 10-20% for internal and external meetings, regional and national conferences. This position is a remote work position with the expectation consistent communication is required via visual teleconferencing, phone, email, chat services, et cetera, for a high level of contact for both STV staff, their affiliates, partners and clients. Regular in person meetings are required with the Director or their assignees in the STV Virginia Beach office located in Town Center. Job Responsibilities:
