Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Product Owner with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Governance & Compliance Data Transform Scripting Lang Data Architect AWS Services Data visualization skills Data Security Data Integration & Access and Design Patterns. This role requires domain experience in Payer and will operate in a hybrid work model with day shifts. No travel is required. Responsibilities * Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices. * Oversee data governance and compliance initiatives to ensure data integrity and security. * Provide expertise in data transformation scripting languages to streamline data processing and integration. * Utilize AWS services to develop scalable and efficient data solutions. * Implement data visualization techniques to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format. * Ensure data security measures are in place to protect sensitive information. * Manage data integration and access processes to facilitate seamless data flow across systems. * Apply design patterns to create robust and maintainable data architectures. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. * Monitor and optimize data architecture performance to ensure high availability and reliability. * Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data architecture practices. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. * Contribute to the company's purpose by ensuring data-driven decision-making processes that positively impact society. Qualifications * Must have 8 to 10 years of experience in data architecture and related fields. * Must have expertise in Data Governance & Compliance Data Transform Scripting Lang Data Architect AWS Services Data visualization skills Data Security Data Integration & Access and Design Patterns. * Must have domain experience in Payer. * Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Nice to have experience with hybrid work models. * Nice to have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members. #LI-EF1 #CB #Ind123 Applications will be accepted until 26 Apr 2025. Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly salary for this position is between $[ 100,000 - 117,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock options, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
