• Strong Data Analytics Skill : 5+Years
• POS 5+Years
• SQL and Strong Back-end Testing : 8+Years
• Zephyr : 3+Years
• Jira and Jira Dashboard: 5+Years
• RMS: 5+Years
• Mainframe(AS400) - 5+Years
• Testing :- 8+Years
• Program Management : 10+Years
• Retail Domain Exp: 10+Years (Required, since client is splitting up two banners and major applications needs to be separated out and Domain Knowledge is needed to support this engagement.

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

• PMP Certification
• Finance/HR Domain Knowledge
• Workday

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time.
• Lead all aspects of the testing processes, including Mainframe Testing and POS Testing, to ensure robust and reliable systems.
• Provide expertise in using Jira and ZEPHYR for project tracking and test management.
• Use MS SQL Server for database management and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct POS Testing to ensure seamless operations in retail environments.
• Use SQL Developer for database development and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure effective communication with collaborators, providing regular updates on project status.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Contribute to the company's goals by delivering high-quality projects that enhance business operations.
