In this key role, you'll manage customer accounts, process orders, and provide valuable insights to support our sales efforts. Pay Rate: $22 - $24/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of assigned customer accounts, including billing cycles, payments, and resolving discrepancies. Process customer orders via EDI, ensuring product accuracy, correct pricing, and on-time deliveries. Manage and review customer contracts to ensure compliance with terms. Generate performance reports tracking metrics like delivery times, order accuracy, and fulfillment. Analyze data to support sales, offering insights and recommendations. Set up new customer accounts and extract data from customer portals, SPINS, and Amazon Seller Central. Demonstrate flexibility and a team-oriented attitude, stepping in where needed. Qualifications: Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced consumer goods environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for improving processes and building a great brand. Familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, EDI, warehouse management systems, SPINS, and ERP systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
