looking for a motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team! In this key role, you'll manage customer accounts, process orders, and provide valuable insights to support our sales efforts. Pay Rate: $22 - $24/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily operations of assigned customer accounts, including billing cycles, payments, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Process customer orders via EDI, ensuring product accuracy, correct pricing, and on-time deliveries.
  • Manage and review customer contracts to ensure compliance with terms.
  • Generate performance reports tracking metrics like delivery times, order accuracy, and fulfillment.
  • Analyze data to support sales, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Set up new customer accounts and extract data from customer portals, SPINS, and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a team-oriented attitude, stepping in where needed.



Qualifications:



  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced consumer goods environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for improving processes and building a great brand.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, EDI, warehouse management systems, SPINS, and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
