*Dispatcher Project Technician** *
Monday- Friday, 5:00 am to 2:00 pm HST, Remote 6 month contract to hire, FTE *Description* Key Responsibilities: Receive and prioritize service requests from customers and internal departments. Dispatch telecommunications technicians to job sites based on urgency, location, and technician availability. Monitor and track the status of service requests and technician assignments. Communicate with customers to provide updates on service requests and estimated arrival times. Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician assignments, and job completions. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle emergency service requests and dispatch technicians promptly. Assist in scheduling and planning technician routes to optimize efficiency. Provide administrative support to the telecommunications team as needed. *Skills* excel data entry, communication systems *Additional Skills & Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in telecommunications or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant computer applications. Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
