Mission

The Staff Accountant will prepare journal entries, financial reports, analyze actual financial data, use various bookkeeping systems, and support the Senior Accountant.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process accounts receivable invoices weekly to ensure timely billing of customers.
  • Generate and distribute monthly accounts receivable statements to customers, maintaining clear communication.
  • Prepare and send weekly finance charge invoices to customers as required, adhering to company policies.
  • Handle requests for corrected invoices and process them promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in accordance with company policies to maintain effective vendor relationships.
  • Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed to support the finance department and overall business operations.
Education Requirements
  • - Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited institution.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds may be required.
  • Ability to focus and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
