Director of Global Mobility

What success looks like in this role:

* Works across the company, advising business leaders and helping them make better decisions about the current and future workforce.
* Collaborates with the business to forecast demand and calculate headcount needs, taking into account attrition and training / project requirements.
* Leads efforts to analyze and measure headcount occupancy and utilization, factoring data-driven insights into staffing forecasts and talent supply stream management.
* Supports client facing workstreams, including talent development and performance, workforce design and architecture and people analytics.
* Drives workforce efficiencies and trade-off conversations around the financial value of contingent labor versus associate, early career and campus sourcing, cadre building programs and related cost saving programs / initiatives.
* Drives efforts to understand and optimize critical labor pyramids, including hiring and attrition, associated with each business unit - ensuring delivery of required workforce levels and capabilities.
* Tracks and reports workforce plans, status, progress and financial trade-offs.
* Manages the prioritization of workforce management efforts, ensuring appropriate focus on business critical and value adding targets.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 8-10 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Graduate degree preferred
4-6 years' leadership experience
