What this job involves

Exceptional customer experience

  • Actively demonstrate JLL's values of Teamwork, ethics, and excellence.
  • Provide a warm greeting at every touchpoint (expression, engagement, tone)
  • Having excellent eye for detail to go over and beyond delivering outstanding service tailored to our clients' needs.
  • Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations.
  • Understand the applicable Service Level Agreements and help achieve the Key Performance Indicators and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.
  • Site Operations Management
  • Manage assigned work order workload.
  • Assist in development of service strategies.
  • Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice operations.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are always maintained.
  • Seek ways to constantly improve operational standards and drive best value.
  • Always maintain premises in neat and good working condition.
  • Provide support for regular reporting packages and incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide specific assistance to management teams as needed or requested during moves and refurbishments.
  • Resolves problems associated with all building services including- janitorial, security, conference rooms, furniture as well as interior and exterior furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Client support as needed for conference room services.
  • Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
  • Adhere to JLL's business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm's guidelines, procedures, and strategies.
  • on-site support for internal meeting- room set-up, equipment checks, in conference rooms.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with various operating systems Windows, Excell, Word
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.

On-site -Boise, ID
