Job Description

General Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Feasibility, this role will be responsible for providing support to study teams within a defined program or as part of the Patient and Site Engagement team on wider projects

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Key point of contact for Study and program leads for input into feasibility analysis, enrolment modelling, site outreach and feasibility planning and developing patient recruitment and engagement materials
  • Develops benchmarking, feasibility and recruitment strategies for teams, advises on other study innovation ideas (such as decentralized trial option)
  • Provides oversight of SMO/IRO and patient recruitment vendors, acting as subject matter expert and point of escalation for study teams
  • Supports program team discussions with patient advocacy and supports partnerships with patient organizations within their program areas to be utilized by study and program teams to support study execution

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong operational knowledge of study management
  • Good understanding of recruitment strategies and benchmarking
  • good combination of creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Experience in developing patient recruitment strategies
  • High degree of customer focus and collaboration in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of clinical trial conduct and direct study/program operations experience
  • Excellent organizational, planning, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Track record for effectively communicating operational concepts to internal and external customers
  • Experienced with influencing across a matrix and creating a clear sense of direction
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills including project management
  • Able to prioritize various responsibilities and timelines and to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Be a point of escalation for timeline or deliverable issues

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences discipline or relevant discipline
  • Typically requires 6 years of relevant work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range:

$138,000 - $207,000

Disclosure Statement:

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

In this Remote-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as:
1. Remote: work remotely five days per week and come into the office on occasion - you're always welcome on-site; or select
2. Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; or select
3. On-Site: work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
