- Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta is a 30-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including cardiology, emergency, women's services, cardiology, general surgery, rehabilitation, withdrawal stabilization and surgery.
Responsibilities
- Perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds
- Utilize several trades skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling and locksmith tasks as needed
- Maintain lighting systems throughout the facility, clean fixture and replace lightbulbs and lamps
- Maintain grounds of facility or property performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal
- Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC
- Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Complete maintenance and repair records as required
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and facility directives related to building operations and work safety
- Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of related experience and/or training
