*Project Manager Job Description:*
Project Manager duties and responsibilities: * Provide project management support to ensure Project Charter milestones are completed on-time, within budget, and with expected results * Develop project plans that align with Project Charter milestones * Provide status reports into various project governance activities * Participate in various status meetings and provide management with required updates * Assist in the development of action plans for in-scope activities * Conduct team and planning meetings * Manage project documentation and retention * Prepare executive level presentations on project deliverables as required Project Manager skills and qualifications: * MUST HAVE working knowledge of Commercial Loan Operations & risk management practices * Experience in mid-size or large bank operating models * Knowledge of bank conversion and integration activities * Proficient in use of office programs and project management software * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances * Good leadership and decision-making skills * Exceptional problem-solving skills *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in a mid-size to large bank is desired * Preference for candidates that have worked in similar sized banking environments ($10 - $100 Billion in assets) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
