USC Gould invites applicants for its Distinguished Visiting Professor of Law.

Applications are invited from law school graduates and from recipients of a Ph.D. in any field or JD who have demonstrated a sustained interest in law and significant scholarly promise. Members of groups that have traditionally been underrepresented in law teaching are especially encouraged to apply. Applications should include a cover letter, curriculum vitae, research statement,law school or other graduate degree program transcripts, copies of any published work in law or a related field, and any available letters of reference from academic advisors who are able to comment on the candidate's promise as a scholar.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 - $200,000.00. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
