Summary

Plans, schedules, and monitors the movement of shipment through sales cycle. Determines shipment requirements based on the market demand. Coordinates the efficient movement of demand and supply plan. Responsible for business system data input and integrity; plans inventory availability across 9 Distribution Centers.

Responsibilities



  • Manage, implement, and enhance projects, sales forecasts, system updates, and purchasing activities for products
  • Develop consensus forecast based on the top down and bottom up forecast
  • Make decisions on weekly purchase orders by SKU
  • Drive effective and timely communication with order management, sales, customers, product planning, LG factories and HQ to maximize inventory availability while meeting performance targets
  • Ensure all global demand management systems are updated with weekly and monthly sales forecasts
  • Lead weekly meeting with HQ and factory to review shipment strategy, metrics and performance details
  • Participate in cross-functional efforts to enhance supply chain, order management, and fulfillment activities


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines to meet deliverables and partner expectations
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence using data
  • Demonstrated success in taking initiative and multi-tasking in a high pressure environment


Recruiting Range
$60,000 - $70,000 USD
