Job Title: Electronic Technician 2 Location with zip code: 6401-6421 S Air Depot Blvd Building UOK302 Oklahoma City, OK, 73135 Duration: 9 Months+ (temp to Hire) Payrate : $35/hr on W2 Role & Responsibilities: Kit Parts and build Rack Mounted Chassis assemblies Identify, troubleshoot, and remediate equipment issues to support system build-up and Integration Site sell-off. Communicate project status to the Integration and Test (I&T) IPT Lead. Perform general tasks associated with kitting and work movement between three Oklahoma City sites. Design, develop, and implement testing methods for individual pieces of equipment (both custom and COTS) and entire systems. Compile data and help to define changes required in testing methodology, equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, and new testing requirements. Basic Qualifications: Formal Electronics Training. Working knowledge and experience performing Aircraft Wiring Repairs. Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated ability to use basic manual tools and General test Equipment and meters.. This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen. Preferred Qualifications: Active Secret or higher security clearance. Working knowledge of Mil-Std 1553 bus hardware and familiarity with using oscilloscopes, and the functions of a Digital Multi-meter . Aircraft Wiring Familiarity and Harness repair. Current IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification a plus.
