Management Analyst Off Shore Cutter Support Remote MUST: Active Top Secret clearance required Experienced Management Analyst Off Shore Cutter Support 10 years experience supporting federal government C4&IT systems Command, control, sensor, and communications systems experience, to include command and control systems based on the COE; vessel integrated sensory systems (e.g., radar, AID direction finders, electro-optimal/infra-red, Identification Friend or Foe (IFF), Electronic Surveillance Measures (ESM; TEMPEST practices; HF, VHF, UHF, MILSATCOM, COMSATCOM, and network communications; communications integration systems; Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) analysis and mitigation techniques Demonstrated experience reviewing USCG MSAM documents or federal government systems acquisition documents, developing systems acquisition documents, developing statements of work, managing requirements, and writing reports Bachelors Degree preferred DUTIES: Perform reviews of OPC Detailed design and Construction (DD&C) Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables Review, contribute content, update, and maintain the Information Technology Resources section and other applicable sections of the OPC Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) Support OPC Acquisition Sustainment Planning through participation in technical data and computer resources working groups at the Asset Project Office (APO)/Surface Asset Logistics Center (SALC) Participate in, as required, and support OPC surface related Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and Working Groups (WGs), as well as support and assist preparing Determinations and Findings documentation to standardize C5I systems and components Provide administrative support in the development, preparation, distribution, and follow-up on OPC related meetings whether on or off-site, to include compilation and distribution of meeting minutes Review and provide comments, as applicable, to C5ISC Process Guides that relate to the sustainment planning of OPC C5I systems Support the C5ISC BOD AIB in its role as CG-6 technical authority representative by performing analysis and review of applicable standards and regulations related to the operation and sustainment of OPC C5I systems and providing feedback to C5ISC BOD AIB Review and provide comments on Equipment Integrated Logistics Support Plans (EILSPs) for OPC related components Review and analyze OPC related C5I ECRs and ECPs and prepare responses for COR review. The contractor shall track the status of current surface related C5I ECRs and ECPs Review and provide comments on Navy Type Navy Owned (NTNO) equipment drawings and documentation in support of OPC C5I sustainment planning Verify proper installation of C5I equipment and conduct equipment and compliance audits and provide the results to C5ISC BOD AIB Review and provide comments on C5I system training documents and provide the results to C5ISC BOD AIB *Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
