Inside the Role We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our Cleveland Truck Manufacturing Plant. As a Wastewater-Journeyman, you will play a role in ensuring the highest standards of quality performance are maintained within our maintenance department. Additionally, you will perform mechanical maintenance orders as needed, perform lab chemistry tasks such as titrations, conductivity measurements, and bacteria testing, and operate equipment as needed.Posting Information We provide a scheduled posting end date to assist our candidates with their application planning. What you Drive at DTNA: Understand the effects of acids, bases, pH, and solids separation Lab work: Perform lab chemistry tasks such as titrations, conductivity measurements, and bacteria testing Safety: Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) when required Mechanical Maintenance: Execute maintenance tasks from shop work orders, preventive work orders (PMs), and various instructions (written, drawn, verbal. Use burning equipment to dismantle assemblies and cut materials to size and shape Operates forklifts and scissor lifts Performs other duties as required. Knowledge You Should Bring Four (4) years in maintenance Must have initial RCRA training and annual RCRA refresher training, along with job specific training High School Diploma or GED Attached resume required Knowledge of pumps, motors and other mechanical equipment Ability to lift 45 lbs Exceptional Candidates Might Have Previous experience in a manufacturing automotive environment.
