Position Summary

The Customer Quality Engineer is responsible for enhancing the customer experience by improving performance of multiple functions within the supply chain. This position is a liaison with stakeholders from multiple business units, in order to triangulate the issues observed during the installation of products at customer locations by conducting investigations & improvements

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for reviewing all field issues during installation and drive improvements across supply chain functions
  • Timely resolution of Install quality issues reported
  • Interface between field technicians and LnW quality teams on timely quality issues resolution
  • Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are taken timely to address any quality issues identified with all the key stakeholders
  • Capable to review root cause & corrective actions identified for the effectiveness of issue resolution
  • Ensure timely & effective closure of Corrective Actions
  • Management of install quality issues Review & Improvement Plans
Qualifications

Qualifications:

Training and/or Experience

  • 4-5 years' of experience in similar Quality Engineering roles
  • Expertise in Excel.
  • Experience with Oracle.
  • Microsoft Office: Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of math and logical thinking.
  • Good communication, presentation, writing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
