Shift 1 (United States of America) Coperion is now hiring a Quality Assurance Managerto join our team in Sabetha, KS. This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of a recognized quality assurance program to ensure that quality procedures are implemented during the production process, and a quality finished product is provided to the customer. Work You'll Do: * Create quality plan/documentation to comply with ISO guidelines. * Maintain and communicate quality procedures to manufacturing and engineering departments. * Communicate documented quality plan to internal and external customers. * Understand customer requirements and integrate into company quality processes. * Manage and maintain inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials, components and finished products. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience. ISO 9001-2015 expertise. AWS experience Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience with Lean leadership in a manufacturingenvironment.
