We're actively seeking a talented Director, Growth Execution to join our Growth, Solutions and Development Team in Omaha, NE or Newport Beach, CA.

  • This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.

The Director, Growth Execution is a strategic partner, consultant, and implementer that helps facilitate the Associate Vice President's vision for enabling the growth of the Institutional Retirement Solutions Group (IRSG) and drive critical cross-functional efforts. Connects organizational strategies directly within the daily work of the Growth business teams, ensuring adoption, alignment, and sustainability across all IRSG verticals. Evaluates overall business readiness to support and meet strategic objectives. Customizes implementation approaches to specific team needs and assesses outcomes to ensure objectives are met and maintained within current day-to-day growth operations. This individual wears many hats with responsibilities that are multifaceted across the organization. They excel at "getting things done" in a dynamic environment, encapsulate the direction that drives teams forward, and act as the glue to ease communications and unite people.

How you'll help us move forward:

Strategic Initiatives and Priorities (40%)

  • Substantial support for the AVP, Head of Growth in finalizing and standing up the IRSG Growth operating model.

  • Lead and execute special and/or discrete projects, owning research and structuring of opportunities while "connecting the dots" across the Division

  • Provide ad-hoc support for other divisional initiatives; help in formulating recommendations to troubleshoot and/or create a plan of action or monitoring to move divisional initiatives forward

  • Assist in developing internal processes and procedures to ensure complete and smooth operational efficiency across all functions

  • Partner and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable successful delivery of initiatives, alignment to strategic objectives and consistent communications of divisional priorities

Executive Communications (30%)

  • Create and develop strategic narratives and communications for both internal and external audiences

  • Serve as the central point of contact for IRSG leadership on internal and external communications including QBR, leader team meetings and Management committee presentations

  • Project manage executive meetings, and presentation prep and creation of materials

IRSG Leadership Team Support (30%)

  • Support in executive-level decision-making through analyzing/synthesizing information and developing conceptual frameworks, models and overseeing reports

  • Partner with AVP to set topics/agendas, develop approach and materials for IRSG Leadership team off-sites, planning cycles and officer meetings in close collaboration with the executive administrative assistant

  • Coordinate and support IRSG Leadership Team in cross-functional strategic initiatives

The experience you bring:

  • 15+ years of strategic financial service experience

  • Be entrepreneurial, self-motivated and display a passion for "getting things done" with high quality

  • Have a proven track record for success leading and supporting activities cross-functionally

  • Be able to react seamlessly to change in priorities and delivery focus

  • Demonstrate excellent time management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment

  • Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders (upwards and outwards) at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

  • Execute a strategic approach to all things especially process and operations

  • Be a creative thinker and holistic problem solver

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$180,180.00 - $220,220.00
