Roofing Field Supervisor (mid-level) Reston VA / DMV / Hybrid Pay From: $55,000 per year MUST: 2+ years supervisory experience in construction / roofing Demonstrated skills in these areas: field management, managing site activity, labor relations, client relationships, anticipating and resolving project issues, establishing, and subcontractor management Experience managing supply orders, invoices, estimates and scheduling meetings Experience with various Project Management solutions systems and CRM tools such as Acculynx or CoConstruct Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite Strong communication skills both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills Very organized with a high attention to detail Proven history of decision making and analytical problem solving skills DUTIES : The Field Supervisor will be the onsite manager coordinating with roofing crews as well as the homeowner/customer and be the main POC for all aspects of the project after mobilization. Ideal candidate will be managing 2-5 small jobs or 1-2 larger job at the same time. Provide and maintain oversight of all project activities and help resolve any issues as they arise. Manage paperwork, reporting invoicing, estimates, and shipments and orders pertaining to projects Manage all aspects of production including labor, scheduling, subcontractors, materials, rental equipment's and maintenance of goods Keep track of progress and stay on top of reports pertaining to project progress including financial health of any project Help research information when required Handle necessary reports to include : Quality Control Forms, Daily Reports, Safety, and daily scheduling Be a part of final inspections and confirm punch list is complete Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
