Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily production for assigned area within Lenovo's US fulfilment Center.
  • Motivate coworkers to meet productivity goals along with a deep understanding on meeting customer expectations.
  • Make decisions daily on resource utilization and balancing workload with available resources.
  • Key performance indicators will be Singles & Bulk Receipts
  • Accountable for daily production requirements enabling the operations to meet various metrics (95% Singles SLA 1 day or less, 95% Bulk SLA 10 days or less)
  • Ability to identify and react to changing needs will be key to success.
  • Position will be required to give work direction, track status of work and take action as needed. Individual will be responsible for results of assigned area.
  • Solving complex problems and coordinating with peers will be a daily activity.
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year of work experience in a fulfillment center
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP or WMS skills and ability to work with MS Office and has analytical skills.
  • Someone who is willing to dive into the details, drive change, and process improvements that will lead to greater speed and efficiencies.
