Overview We are seeking an exceptional Army, Civil Works Program Lead in the Eastern U.S. including in Columbia, MD; Buffalo, NY; Chicago, IL; or any of our other U.S based Geosyntec offices. Hybrid or remote work may be available at the Company's discretion. The ideal candidate is interested in leading and contributing to innovative and challenging projects involving the nation's civil works infrastructure including dams, dikes, levees, coastal storm risk management and ecosystem restoration projects. The candidate should have a strong background in related engineering services that include geotechnical engineering, geology, hydrology and hydraulic engineering, planning, structural engineering, dam/levee safety, and risk analysis. This role focuses on business development and technical leadership in federal contracting, including the sales, financial and technical evaluation, design, permitting, and project implementation stages. Our primary federal client base includes the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE); while our secondary federal client base includes the Department of Interior (DOI) such as the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), as well as other governmental and institutional clients.
