ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
- Own the end-to-end analysis of patient feedback from sources such as ICH-CAHPS, Medallia, and internal surveys
- Lead and support key patient experience and engagement initiatives tied to enterprise priorities
- Identify and synthesize patient pain points and drivers of satisfaction using structured and unstructured data
- Develop metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track experience over time and benchmark performance
- Design and execute strategic analyses that demonstrate the impact of experience initiatives on operational, clinical, and business outcomes
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership, enabling data-informed decisions
- Serve as subject matter expert on VoC tools and methodologies
- Lead and support key patient experience and engagement initiatives tied to enterprise priorities
- Work closely with team mates to drive consistent execution and accountability
- Help prioritize and scope data requests based on business need and resource availability
- Provide mentorship and analytical guidance to junior team members (Sr. Analysts / Analysts)
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in how patient feedback is captured, analyzed, and used
- Contribute to roadmap development and planning for VoC function within the Experience COE
2. Provide mentorship and analytical guidance to junior team members (Sr. Analysts / Analysts) 3. Other duties as assigned. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, or consulting roles with increasing responsibility
- 2+ years of experience in patient experience, customer insights, or healthcare analytics
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel) and survey platforms (e.g., Medallia)
- Experience with data storytelling, executive presentations, and influencing stakeholders
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business, Public Health, or related discipline
- Experience with CAHPS surveys
- Background in Agile environments and project management practices
- Familiarity with healthcare operations or managed care organizations
