As a Scheduling Specialist, your role encompasses handling requests in the team's queue, ensuring the quality control of received audio and video content to align with company technologies, and scheduling it across MOOD platforms. Your daily responsibilities involve monitoring the team's queue to uphold quality control standards, providing valuable feedback to relevant departments, and ensuring the processing of all orders within the specified Service Level Agreements (SLA) upon receiving order requests. Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Overseeing the team's queue to ensure quality control of audio and video content, providing feedback to pertinent departments.

  • Ensuring timely processing of all orders within SLAs upon receipt of order requests.

  • Scheduling audio and video content across MOOD's internal platforms (satellite, online, and offline devices) based on key elements such as time frame, running dates, and impacted sites.

  • Troubleshooting and escalating via email and internal ticketing system to offer scheduling assistance and guidance for other operational teams.

  • Performing additional duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

  • Proven proficiency in utilizing G-Suite applications, MS Office, and various project management software.

  • Excellent teamwork skills for effective communication with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities to prioritize and resolve queries efficiently.

  • Attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills.
