Vice President, Corporate & Foundation Partnerships, Development and Communications Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid) - Strongly preferred ; Remote - US (CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA) will be considered Project HOPE is an international NGO of more than 1,000 engaged employees and hundreds of volunteers who work in more than 25 countries, responding to the world's most pressing global health challenges. POSITION SUMMARY: The Vice President, Corporate & Foundation Partnerships is one of the mission-critical leadership positions, reporting to the Chief Development & Communications Officer, to lead and build the corporate and foundations portfolio for core mission support, emergency response, and programmatic funding. This person is a highly experienced, dynamic, new business development relationship builder and team leader; who has a proven track record of bringing in new partnerships and leading a team to grow revenue. The Vice President will hold a record of generating new business in the non-profit/corporate space, developing a strong value proposition for corporate partnerships and foundations, and closing to meet aggressive revenue growth goals. Key responsibilities include the development and management of a national partnership strategy, building partnerships with companies that can have an impact on Global Health and Humanitarian relief through direct giving, brand and mission alignment, workplace giving, cause marketing and programmatic development, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing senior-level relationships, including board members, corporate CEO/CMOs, and deep relationships in the sector. Work environment:
Salary range starting at $176,000 USD per year based on candidates residing in the US. Compensation for the role is dependent on several factors including a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
