• Develop process piping and mechanical designs from concept through construction including developing equipment layouts for mechanical facility systems;
• Design in both 2D and 3D including equipment arrangement, pipe routing, HVAC ductwork, sections, and details;
• Generate/populate component lists with required data;
• Check and correct drawings and associated project paperwork as required;
• Work closely with project team to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information and are accurate.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in piping design for process or mechanical systems in semiconductor, oil and gas, data centers, petrochemical, or pharmaceutical industries;
• Experience in gas/air systems, mechanical piping layout and design, exhaust, space management, plumbing and fire protection, and HVAC ductwork layout and design;
• Experience with 2D and 3D platforms: REVIT, NavisWorks, and Plant 3D;
• Must be have strong communication and organization skills.
