THE JOB:
Step into the action as a Race and Sports Shift Supervisor! You'll take charge of the Race and Sports book during your shift, keeping the energy high, the operations running smoothly, and the guest experience unforgettable - all while making sure we stay sharp and on point with company standards.

THE STARTING RATE:$24.61/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Inspire and Lead the Team: Train, support, and guide Race and Sports Mutuel Clerks, oversee end-of-shift closeouts, and help maintain a positive, high-performing team environment.
• Deliver an Outstanding Guest Experience: Approve complimentary items and larger wagers, explain betting lines and odds with confidence, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
• Drive Operations and Keep the Action Moving: Monitor and adjust betting lines in real time, manage shift operations, and jump in wherever needed to ensure the Race and Sports book runs at its best.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 2+ years of Race & Sportsbook experience
