Window Washer

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Window Washer to clean windows and other glass surfaces across our building(s). The ideal candidate has experience working at heights, is detail-oriented, and understands the importance of presenting a clean and professional appearance for our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces, including windows, glass doors, and skylights
• Use ladders, lifts, or scaffolding to reach high windows and ensure thorough cleaning
• Remove dirt, grime, and other materials using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
• Inspect surfaces before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor
• Maintain equipment and keep supplies organized and stocked
• Communicate professionally with building occupants or clients when needed
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience as a window washer or similar role is a plus
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts
• Knowledge of safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals
• Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on job site locations
