*Job Description: *
We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant for a 6-month project-based role to help with scanning, filing, and various administrative tasks. This new opening is due to overflow, and we need someone to get everything organized for us. *Responsibilities:* * Scan and file documents. * Perform various administrative roles as needed. * Organize and manage paper documents and convert them to electronic format. * Maintain traditional filing systems. * Assist with overflow tasks to ensure smooth operations. * Collaborate with the Regulatory Analyst team. *Work Environment:* * Onsite, 5 days a week, 8:30am-5pm (37.5 hours per week). * Training will be provided by current team members. *Additional Information:* * This is a temporary position for 6 months. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.79 - $25.00/hr.
