*Description* The Technology Procurement Operations Associate is responsible for supporting and enhancing the technology procurement processes within the organization. This role involves handling procurement activities, vendor management, purchase order processing, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure the efficient and effective procurement of technology products and services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Procurement Process Management: oAssist in developing and maintaining procurement processes for technology-related products and services. oSupport the execution of procurement activities, including the creation and processing of purchase orders. oEnsure timely and accurate processing of orders, working closely with vendors to confirm delivery schedules and terms. oAddress and resolve issues related to procurement, such as discrepancies, delays, or returns. 2. Vendor Management: oAssist in identifying and evaluating potential technology vendors. oSupport the vendor selection process through RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotes). oFacilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. oMaintain an up-to-date database of approved vendors and monitor vendor performance. 3. Contract and SLA Management: oAssist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating statements of work. oAssist in reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating quotes. oEnsure that all contracts and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are in place and meet the company's requirements. oMonitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise. oMaintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation. 4. Compliance and Reporting: oEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all procurement activities. oPrepare regular reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and cost savings. oAnalyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving initiatives. oProvide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis. 5. Procurement Systems and Tools: oUtilize procurement software and tools to manage and track procurement activities. oSupport the development and enhancement of procurement systems and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. oProvide training and support to internal teams on procurement processes and tools. 6. Stakeholder Collaboration: oCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their technology procurement needs and requirements. oWork closely with finance, legal, risk, and IT departments to ensure alignment of procurement activities with company goals and policies. oFacilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and vendors. *Skills* Procurement, self-starter, SOW, PO, Change Order, Project management, Vendor management *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Skills: oStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. oExcellent communication and negotiation skills. oProficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. oKnowledge of procurement principles and best practices. oAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to learn and implement new processes and skills as needed. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
