This position plays a key role in the daily coordination of football-related activities and ensures smooth operation of logistics, communication, and team support functions. The role requires discretion, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced athletic environment. This position will sit in an open front office lobby area and allow entry into the building as needed. Responsibilities include utilizing Workday to create requisitions for ordering office supplies and submitting timely expense reports for reimbursements to Assistant Football Coaches and other Football Staff, accepting and distributing mail, answering phone calls and correspondence. They will support day-to-day tasks that are required for football operations as needed. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
