About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, strategy or similarly related discipline.

  • A curious mindset who can read and uncover data trends, data irregularities and willingness to partner with Sales leaders to explore and drive resulting actions.

  • Ability to interact professionally and collaborate with diverse groups including matrixed team and department members, sales colleagues, sales managers, and subject matter experts across product and marketing teams.

It would be great if you also have....

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, visualization tools, Allego and/or Highspot.

  • Ability to learn a topic, craft instructions or overviews from it, and product sales facing materials to aid in the learning and development space.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple assignments as needed, working efficiently and meeting deadlines.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Working with our Sales systems and tools, learning our end-to-end Sales processes including but not limited to iQuest (Salesforce), CHASE (Allego), PowerBI and SAP Callidus.

  • Supporting our Voice of the Customer (VOC) project work, performing data collection, data cleanup activities and supporting the launch of the program.

  • Learning and performing UAT testing for our SAP Callidus Sales Performance Management (SPM) solution which will launch to Sales globally in September.

  • Working with the team to identify, prepare and launch features and functionality in iQuest from the Agentforce suite of solutions, bringing generative AI to prominence within the Sales community.

  • Soliciting, drafting and distributing key recognition communications across the A&G organization celebrating strategic wins (Win Alerts) and our educational series Connecting the Dots.

About the Team

Clarivate's Academia and Government (A&G) function supports research institutions, universities, and government agencies with trusted data, analytics, and workflow solutions. Through products like Web of Science, InCites, and EndNote, A&G helps customers advance research quality, secure funding, and demonstrate impact, playing a vital role in the global research ecosystem. The Sales Enablement team plays a key role as part of our Revenue Operations function. As the linchpin between Sales, Marketing and Product departments, our team is the catalyst for training, enablement, reporting and analytics, strategic pricing, bids and proposals and the systems and tools our sales team utilize to achieve their goals.

Hours of Work

  • This is a full-time, paid role, based in our Ann Arbor, Michigan office.

  • Contract duration 8 weeks(approximately June 1 - July 30)

  • Hours to be mutually determined between candidate and manager, loosely 9am-5pm EST.
