Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

If you have the skill set to increase available time of machines and apply both preventative and corrective maintenance, then we need you, on our Team! We are looking for someone who can follow the work plans established by the department and react immediately in the event of any equipment failure to ensure the continuous operations of our equipment. In addition to this, you would also be responsible for:

Repairs breakdowns/disturbances of production equipment with mechanic, hydraulic and pneumatic components including the replacement of spare parts, in addition to:

- Verifying the operational capability of production equipment

- Install and move machinery and equipment to effect layout changes as required

- Support the setup and launch of new production equipment and conducts final inspection

- Supports continuous improvement measures

- Keeps production work area neat and clean while performing repairs, preventative maintenance, etc. and clean-up area before leaving when the job is completed

- Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Leader

- Provides support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor

Bonus: This plan provides a financial reward of up to 5% of gross earnings, when plant performance for Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery meet or exceed the established targets.
