Where you'll be:

This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

The Region Manager is responsible for financial metrics, budget and sales forecast for Inside sales, Crosley Branded OEM Sales and Wholesale Distribution business. This position is responsible for the execution of the Electrolux Major Appliances (EMA) strategic plan by attaining higher profitability, revenue and market expansion, along with the development of a high performing sales team. This role impacts company performance at four major levels; business operations, consistent repeatable processes, customer engagement and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, expand market share, and support the overall EMA strategy across new and existing customer accounts.

  • Lead a high-performance sales team by setting clear goals, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of operational excellence, process improvement, and talent development.

  • Identify and capitalize on new product, market, and channel opportunities while managing product and customer portfolios to maximize profitability, revenue, and margin growth.

  • Implement pricing strategies, forecast customer demand, and manage promotional activities to optimize factory efficiencies, control costs, and ensure ROI targets are met.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and internal partners to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen the Dealer Channel's sales model.

  • Oversee contract negotiations, conduct quarterly business reviews with top accounts, and ensure timely communication of product line updates and pricing changes to customers and sales teams.

  • Represent Electrolux at trade, industry, and dealer events while ensuring adherence to company policies, government standards, and the promotion of a professional, positive work environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 9+ years of sales or merchandising experience with managerial responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong customer-facing communication skills

  • Ability to turn strategy into action, analyze data, and drive business decisions

  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
