Project Manager works closely with internal and external stakeholders to prepare comprehensive action plans detailed with resource requirements, timeframes, and budgets for projects. This position will manage various tasks: schedule, track, maintain project documentation, troubleshoot, correspond with clients & other contractors, support project personnel, etc., to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Overall, the Project Manager's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. Project Managers may handle jobs directly, or in some cases through supervision of Project Coordinators or other resources. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Break projects into actionable items and timeframes.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Work with internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
- Help prepare budgets and bid requests.
- Work with sub-contracted teams and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as a point of contact or manage point of contact to communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with others to identify and eliminate barriers to service and project completion.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Create and maintain accurate material take-offs
- Monitor material usage in the field for overages/shortages to update material take-offs
- Update and correct purchase order issues.
- Cost-benefit analysis, (CBA)
- Build and support the estimated cost of repairs, (ECR), site walks for various programs
- Xactimate change orders
- Implementation and standard operating procedures, (SOP)
- Coordinate necessary and applicable inspections with municipalities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Four (4) years of proven work experience as a Project Manager, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Construction background (preferred).
- Proficiency with a computer and with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
- Ability to successfully pass background/security check required.

- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel for client interface and project set up.
- Work weekends as required.
Physical Demands:
- Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity.
- Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands.
- Occasional lifting (up to 40 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying.
- Quantitative/mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, standard measurements).
- Ability to work outside in and around construction sites safely.
