Hourly Pay Range:

$23.24 - $34.86 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Admin Assistant III
  • Location: Evanston, IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Required Travel: Travel to other sites based off department need

A Brief Overview:
The Administrative Assistant III will provide advanced administrative support to the executive team and senior management of the Department. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle complex tasks in a dynamic healthcare environment.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for department leadership , managing their schedules, correspondence, and communications.
  • Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls, ensuring the efficient use of their time.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level emails, memos, reports, and other documents.
  • Ensure all communication is professional and reflects the executive team's voice and objectives.
  • Generate and compile reports, data analyses, and presentations for executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership on special projects and strategic initiatives, conducting research, data analysis, and presenting findings.
  • Process invoices, monitor spending, and reconcile financial statements for the leadership team.
  • Oversee office operations and supplies, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Provide guidance and support to lower-level administrative staff, fostering professional growth.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new administrative team members and contribute to their training.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.


What you will need:

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • 3 Years administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
