*Job Overview:*
* *Pay:* $17 per hour * *Start Date:* May 21 * *Training:* Fully on-site for the first 30 days, from 9:30 AM to 6 PM. * *Post-Training Schedule:* A hybrid schedule (10:30 AM to 7 PM) based on meeting performance metrics in attendance, quality, and adherence. *Responsibilities:* * Address insurance-related inquiries from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions. * Assist primarily with homeowners' insurance, focusing on payment and coverage-related questions. * Navigate multiple systems to research, document calls, and resolve issues professionally. * Ensure compliance with internal and external standards. * Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service. *Requirements:* * At least one year of recent customer service experience (call center preferred, but admin/front desk experience considered). * Proficiency in using Windows PCs and related software. * Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone and email interactions. * Reliable internet connection for training and hybrid/remote work. * Must have reliable transportation. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Two or more years of call center experience. * Experience in insurance or mortgage servicing. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
