Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. Summary Under supervision, perform a variety of routine clerical duties. Research and analyze boarding data and maintenance transactions for completeness and consistency with the signed Note or Change In Terms documents. Review and perform all maintenance to all credit facilities on the loan system. Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of routine loan transactions with customer visibility, requiring attention to detail. Employees in this classification interact with internal and/or external customers, handling routine customer inquiries and requests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job. 2. Board all maintenance transactions. 3. Process next-day callback 4. Maintain all required reports. 5. Prepare and respond to requests for payoff 6. Process research requests, as received 7. Respond to customer inquiries 8. Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers. 9. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience High School diploma or GED; and six months related experience. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to read, analyze and interpret loan system reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or regulatory agencies. Ability to effectively present information to department management, credit administrators and relationship managers. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry, and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest and percentages. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) * Proficient in the use of mainframe loan systems, preferably FISERV Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None Other Skills and Abilities * Familiar with standard U.S. commercial, consumer and real estate lending policies * Familiar with standard U.S. note department workflow * Knowledge of U.S. federal and California state banking laws and regulations related to banking * Personal success factors include: o Team player o Sets high standards for self and team o Adapts well to changes o Strong can do attitude o Takes the initiative o Ability to work under pressure o Attention to detail Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
