CDI Engineering Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.


Position Summary

The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by entering data, creating documents, and assisting with special projects that require advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday or other HR application systems and a strong ability to manage large amounts of data efficiently.


Responsibilities

Enter and maintain accurate HR data in Workday.

Create and manage HR documents, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Assist with special projects involving large datasets and advanced Excel functions.

Support HR team with administrative tasks and ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent use of HR data across systems.

Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries.


Qualifications

Proven experience with HRIS and other relevant software.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2-3 years of experience in an HR support role is preferred.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
