Description
Position Summary: Echelon Services is supporting some of the leading-edge Information Technology (IT) programs for the Federal Government today. As part of these initiatives, we are looking for a world-class Contracts Manager to support our corporate office. As a Contracts Manager (CM), you will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and managing significant, complex, multifaceted, long-term contractual agreements with the US Government and our Subcontractors. The Contracts Manager reports directly to company Executives and is supported by the Program Management Office (PMO), which handles day-to-day contract execution. At the same time, the CM focuses on the tasks and duties below. Job Function: Demonstrates knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other government contract and supply chain regulations. Perform contract management duties relating to various federal government and commercial contracts, such as Multiple Award Contracts, IDIQ Contracts, and Blanket Purchase Agreements.
Interacting regularly with the finance department, Program Management Office (PMO), senior management, and customer Government Contracting personnel Assist in developing and updating contract templates and contract policies & procedures. Reviewing and resolving all issues affecting the company and contract compliance, and ensuring the satisfaction of legal requirements, company, and customer objectives Maintaining contractual files per company policies and procedures Perform periodic contract audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and provide findings to Senior Management and the Program Management Office (PMO) Job Requirements Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in a civilian government contracting company performing contract manager duties and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience with IDIQs, FFP, CPFF, and T&M contract types Proficiency in MS Office apps (Word and Excel) and Adobe Pro. Preferred Experience working as a Contracting Officer or Contracting Specialist working for the DoD Experience in DoD contracting with the Army, PEO, CDAO, and or NIWC NCMA Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or equivalent in subject-matter certifications or job experience Clearance: The ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance is required Work Environment: This role will work in a hybrid schedule from the DMV area. Salary at Echelon Services is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Echelon's total compensation package for employees. Qualifications
