The Role: The Director of Talent Acquisition Operations is part of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership team, responsible for designing our process and technology path to recruiting excellence. You'll put processes, frameworks and technology in place to enable better talent decision making. You'll report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition in our Chicago office. To foster continuous collaboration, at least three days in the office per week is required. Process Optimization * identify and continuously remove friction and waste from recruiting processes * develop training, change management and documentation for new process enhancements * partner with other People Operations, Total Rewards and other functional areas to ensure alignment on data and process flows Technology Optimization * deliver integrated and efficient recruiting technology solutions in partnership with Corporate IT * analyze and monitor total cost of ownership for recruiting technology * develop and recommend long term technology architecture and roadmap Data Optimization * partner with Talent Analytics to deliver reliable, standardized dashboards and scorecards with supporting data audit Required Skills and Experiences * 10+ years of experience in recruiting process and technology * Lean Six Sigma practitioner * Excellent project and change leadership skills with the ability to influence across functional and leadership teams * Analytical skills that are data centered - always looking for evidence * Adept at user centered design Compensation and Benefits At Morningstar we believe people are at their best when they are at their healthiest. Base Salary Compensation Range $115,815.00 - 208,463.00 USD Annual
Total Cash Compensation Range $156,350.00 - 281,425.00 USD Annual
