POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Supervisor for Boeing Dreamlifter Operations at AES plays a critical working role in the day-to-day maintenance of specialized Airport Ground Support Equipment (GSE). This position is both supervisory and hands on responsible for leading a team of technicians while actively participating in mechanical troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Supervisor ensures adherence to AES and Boeing safety, quality and operational standards, manages data integrity in the EAM/ERP system and supports customer expectations with a high level of responsiveness and technical expertise. Working under the direction of the Operations Manager, this role is pivotal to maintaining operational excellence and fleet readiness for Dreamlifter Operations.
