The Job at a Glance

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst Intern, you'll be a critical part of our Continuous Improvement Team, using data to identify opportunities that make a real difference in how we serve our customers! You'll help map out the full Customer Experience journey, analyze touchpoints, and uncover process inefficiencies - then watch the impact of your recommendations unfold.

Throughout the internship, you'll apply your analytical mindset and learn how to use data to solve business problems. You'll sharpen your skills in data analysis, process mapping, communication, and project management - all while contributing to initiatives that help improve the way our organization works. This opportunity is designed to immerse you in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can build confidence and walk away with more knowledge and a clearer picture of where you want to go in your career.

A Typical Day

• Analyze customer experience and operational data to identify areas for process improvement
• Build process maps that visualize how customers interact with the organization across all channels and scenarios
• Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to review insights and propose recommendations
• Track and report on the efficiency gains after process changes are implemented
• Support ongoing CI initiatives by contributing to research, documentation, and reporting
• Leverage tools like Excel and Qlik to deliver high-quality visualizations and data summaries

To Land This Opportunity

• You're working toward a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Business Analytics or Administration, Operations or Supply Chain Management, Data Science
• You have a strong interest in solving problems using data
• You're confident working in Excel and bonus points if you have exposure to Qlik
• You're analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive on understanding how systems and processes work
• You enjoy organizing information and can manage multiple tasks at once
• You're curious, collaborative, and comfortable sharing ideas or presenting your findings
• You're an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)

About Your Future Team

Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
