Microsoft Power Virtual Agent - Technical Lead

Onsite in Washington, DC - Hybrid

Job Description:

The Power Virtual Agent lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions using Microsoft Power Virtual Agents. This role requires a deep understanding of Power Virtual Agents, M365 Copilot, and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have total of 9 to 12 years of experience in technical leadership, with expertise in Power Virtual Agents, M365 Copilot and chatbots.

Responsibilities:

  • 8+ years exp with Microsoft technologies (.net, C#, SharePoint development).
  • 2+Design scalable and efficient solutions using Microsoft Power Virtual Agents.
  • Implement chatbot functionalities to streamline and optimize accessibility of critical information
  • Ensure data integrity and optimize performance for data-driven decision-making.
  • Address bottlenecks and performance issues in Power Virtual Agent implementations
  • Lead architectural decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Participate in scrum calls and maintain a high degree of accountability on assigned tasks

Technical Skills

    • Must have Text-Embedding-Ada-002 and GPT 3.5 Turbo models, Python, Pinecone Database, Azure microservices, Microsoft Teams, and Power Virtual Agents (PVA)

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 9 to 12 years in technical leadership roles, with expertise in Power Virtual Agents and M365 Copilot

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
